Tree / forestry mulching is a land clearing method that uses a single machine to cut, grind, and clear vegetation.

Mulching can selectively cut and process vegetation efficiently. It removes trees and underbrush, while putting organic matter back on the ground. This time-saving technique can clear acres in half the time.

Best suited for large rural areas.

Preparing sub-surfaces for the start of construction work, ensuring a level base or specified slope. Developing optimal drainage for properties and areas with livestock.

Clearing trees, brush, and debris on property that does not have a completed residence. Regularly completed on acreages and lake lots before construction begins.

Before power, gas, and telephone lines, or cell phone towers can be installed, the utility right-of-ways need to be cleared. Trees are mulched, brush is mowed, and the land is graded to allow for safe access.

Stump Grinding & Removal

Grinding is more efficient than stump removal, though it may leave roots behind. Remove unsightly stumps where people will be walking or in areas that require development. The chips are handy to use as mulch in gardens.

Auger Drilling Holes

Drilling post holes can be harder than you think. An auger bit can do the work of 3 people in half the time.

When locates are complete, we drill the post holes for farm & acreage fencing, signs, gates, or utility poles.

Land Clearing

There are many ways to clear land, with hand clearing being the least invasive, and mulching being one of the quickest. Clearing is required for private and commercial construction, developing agricultural land, or expanding paddocks for livestock.

Brush Mowing

The BrushCat is used to cut tall grass, weeds, brush, shrubs and woody material, underbrush, and deadfall. Clearing brush is important in maintaining healthy forest growth, allowing land to be accessed, and preventing problems such as rodent infestations or forest fires.

Land reclamation is the process of turning disturbed land in to its former state, or another desired use. It can bring beauty back to nature, and add value to a property. Any property can be reclaimed, whether it's overgrown land being turned in to a golf course or an acreage for a new home, or a commercial building and parking lot being demolished to be put back to its natural state.

ATV & Horse Trails

The key to a great trail is avoiding straight lines, for both the excitement of what's next and to follow the lay of the land to reduce risk and erosion. Whether it's a community horseback riding trail or a backyard ATV trail, brush, fallen trees, and large rocks need to be removed to ensure a safe and fun experience.

Tilling

Landscape Tillers use high-strength hardened steel tines to break up soil and mix soil types for optimum performance in a variety of landscaping tasks. Tilling is great for developing a large garden, fixing up an unsightly yard before re-seeding, or changing the use of land to accommodate livestock or small crops on acreages & farms.

Forest Fire Prevention

Due to the limitation of forest fires in recent years, forests are now denser than ever. By having such dense thickets of forest terrain, fire that would have burned along the ground and left trees intact is now leaping from the ground up. The thicker brush serves as a ladder up to the top canopies of trees. Some of this devastation could be managed by removing some trees, thinning the brush, and scaling back some of the tertiary growth which is turning our wooded areas into tinder boxes during dry spells.
